Qualifications: Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• For NICU and Pediatrics only:o Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience• Strong clinical experience in nursing; previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Licenses and Certifications • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• For specific departments only:o ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required Disclaimers:• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
