Role Overview:- Schedule: 1 day a week within Monday to Friday, position can grow to full-time
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided Ipad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with Mental Health disorders
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:- Hold a valid full PMHNP license
- Active MD license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is an estimated range of $31,000 to $38,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. (1 weekday per week)
