We are seeking a Locum PA in Mason City, IA.

Rate: $186 hourly rate cap, $260 OT/Callback rate cap, $15k Conversion Fee rate cap
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday with call

Position Details:
Patient Population: Serving a population of 200,000+ in 16 surrounding counties
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Responsibilities:

• Clinical, Surgical, and Trauma/Orthopedic Call coverage

• Rounding on post-op patients

• Inpatient/ED consults

• OR support

• Call: Weeknight coverage, no weekend
  Required Procedures: General Orthopedic procedures, including joint replacements, trauma care, fracture care, sports medicine
  EMR System: GE Centricity for clinic, EPIC for hospital
  Support Staff:

• 1 nurse per provider

• 3 cast techs per 7 providers

• 3 receptionists, 2 surgery schedulers per 7 providers
  Days Per Month: Sporadic coverage; per diem
  On-Call/Weekends: Weeknight call, no weekend coverage

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified - Required

• Clean Malpractice - Required

• Active IA License or Active Compact/IMLC LOQ - Required

• Provider must be a PA and aware this is a Per Diem need
