We are seeking a Occupational Medicine Physician for a part-time locum opportunity within a busy occupational medicine clinic. This role supports a dedicated occupational medicine APP and involves providing expert care to close workers compensation cases, conduct DOT physicals, and complete impairment ratings.

Position Overview:

• Start Date: August 18, 2025

• End Date: October 31, 2025 (with potential for ongoing coverage)

• Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch, 12 1 PM)

• Monthly Commitment: 8 shifts per month, spread throughout the month

• Setting: Outpatient, clinic-based

• Patient Population: Adult

• Average Daily Census: patients

Scope of Practice:

• Level 2 workers compensation evaluations

• DOT physicals

• Impairment ratings

• M164 forms

Requirements:

• Must hold active Level 2 Workers Compensation Certification

• Must have prior workers compensation experience

• Active DOT examiner certification strongly preferred

• Experience with Epic EMR required

• Must be able to complete EMR training modules and virtual session before start

• Active Colorado license or IMLC required

• Clean file for expedited credentialing

• Onsite support from an experienced NP/PA and MA

• Facility utilizes EPIC EMR
