Seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to provide quality care in a skilled nursing setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care to residents.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact state)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred
- Strong assessment and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $38–$48/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid in 3 installments over 2 years)
- Relocation Bonus: Not offered
