The Per Diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner provides acute, chronic, and preventive care to patients in both in-office and telehealth settings on a casual, hourly basis. This role requires autonomous practice licensure in California and experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care. The position emphasizes collaborative care, use of technology in healthcare delivery, and commitment to human-centered primary care within a team environment.

- 8-23 patient care hours per week
What you'll be working on:
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
- 103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, able to practice autonomously without physician supervision
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is an hourly role based in Emeryville, CA and surrounding offices in the East Bay.

The hourly rate for this role is $96.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
