The Role:
Location: Cedar Falls, IA
Assignment duration: Start ASAP and work ongoing
Schedule: 6:30 - 16:30
Weekend Requirements: As needed
Call Requirements: As needed
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30-50 cases for whole department per day
Number of Physicians: 6Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 2Number of Exam rooms: 13 OR rooms
Services offered in the practice: General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC) and healthy peds, No hearts or neurosurgery. Conscious Sedation is required.
Medical Imaging: NoLab & Pharmacy: NoE
MR: EPIC
Requirements: BC, Active IA License or IMLC, & Clean file
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
