Two High-Quality Hospital Sites Surgicalist Model Growing Program Flexible Scheduling

Inspira Health is expanding its Synergy Surgicalist Program and seeking Orthopedic Surgicalists to support coverage at both Mullica Hill and Vineland. This program was created to improve response times for unassigned orthopedic patients and to work in partnership with Premier Orthopedics and resident teams at both campuses.

These assignments are ideal for surgeons who appreciate a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment with modern facilities and predictable workflows.

Role Summary

Provide orthopedic surgicalist coverage
Collaborate with Premier Orthopedics (10-surgeon group) and inpatient teams
Manage unassigned orthopedic consults and trauma cases appropriate for the facility
30-minute call response time
Participate in clinic -day sessions (Tues/Fri), located 5 minutes from each hospital
Work closely with ED teams, ortho residents, and midlevel s
Cerner EMR (Epic go-live July 25, 2026) with remote training available

Hip fractures admitted to hospitalist with ortho consult
Acetabular fractures transferred
ED manages reductions, taps, lac repairs, basic fractures

Pediatric cases transferred when appropriate (via Nemours partnership)

270-bed regional hospital
10 ORs
Primary site for ortho residency (3 residents per year)
ED residents onsite
Clinic: 5 min from the hospital
