Description:
A facility in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Cath Lab Radiology Technician for a 13-week travel assignment. The technologist will assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring safe and efficient operation within the cath lab. Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring accurate documentation and room readiness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required

• ARRT preferred

• Must be proficient in scrubbing cath lab cases such as angiogram, PCI, CTO, L main, PFO, device implants, PE thrombectomy, IR, and peripheral procedures

• Structural Heart experience preferred but not required

• Experience with Impella and IABP expected

• Familiarity with MacLab monitoring system (training available)

• Must be able to restock rooms and manage product inventory

• STEMI coverage required

• On-call: 9–10 shifts/month, including one weekend

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA)

• ARRT (preferred)

Assignment Details:

• 13-week contract

• 4x10 hour day shifts (6a–4:30p)

• On-call required
