How you'll contribute
- Assessing to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
- Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
- Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

Qualifications and requirements
Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure preferred.
Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment. May be required to work flexible hours.

Copper Springs East in Gilbert, AZ, located in the greater Phoenix metro area, is a behavioral health hospital providing inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addiction. We treat adults and seniors.
Our treatment programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, outpatient Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and ECT therapy.
