• Schedule: Working independently Monday-Friday 8am-430pm, no call
• Job Setting: Endoscopy Center, 10-16 cases per day
• Types of Cases: MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) for endoscopy cases, no trauma, no pain management cases
• Credentialing: 60-120 days

• Board Certified AANA
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Licensure: Active Michigan license, will accept providers needing to obtain state license
