Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Acute Rehabilitation RN to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment. The nurse will provide care for patients with stroke, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
- Utilize special equipment such as Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand lifts as required.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an acute rehabilitation setting.
- Must hold a valid RN license in the state of New York.
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience with charting systems, preferably EPIC.
