Jefferson Medical Group is seeking an experienced Non-Operative Orthopedic Physician to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team in Bucks County, PA. This role focuses exclusively on non-surgical management of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within a collaborative, high-volume practice.
Orthopedic surgeons looking to transition into a non-operative role are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• MD or DO Board Certified/Eligible in Primary Care Sports Medicine or Orthopedic Surgery
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania
• 2 3 years of post-training experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MSK ultrasound (diagnostic and therapeutic) welcomed but not required
• Strong understanding of orthopedic and MSK conditions including shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, spine, hands, and feet
• Ability to collaborate effectively with orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine providers
• Clear understanding of when to refer patients for surgical evaluation

Position Details:

• Non-operative role no surgical responsibilities
• Outpatient practice within a multispecialty JMG environment
• Ability to see patients per day
• Treat and manage:
  • Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries
  • Fractures
  • Bracing and splinting needs
  • Non-surgical management of common orthopedic conditions
• Opportunity to use MSK ultrasound for diagnosis and injections (optional)
• Collaborative, team-based environment with orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians
