Job Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in a concierge practice setting
- Perform routine well visits and evaluate/treat sick visits
- Manage and monitor patient medications
- Build long-term relationships with patients through personalized care
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Experience in Functional Medicine is a plus, but not required
