Position Title: Receiving Clerk

Wage: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound shipments within standard service level agreements
- Obtain picking orders for supplies
- Manage hold areas for inbound, unverified shipments
- Receive and accept deliveries of client materials to ensure proper part numbers and quantities
- Inspect the condition of items, comparing purchase orders or IUF’s to packing lists and to items received and reporting discrepancies to supervisor
- Maintain shipping and packing materials and work area

Requirements for Receiving Clerk:
- High School Diploma or GED; previous receiving experience preferred
- Computer experience (email, Microsoft, UPS, FedEx)
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently to achieve production expectations
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to work outside normal working hours to accommodate production needs when required
- Able to drive a sit-down and stand-up forklift - cherry picker
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to move or lift materials up to 70 pounds
