This position is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a well-established healthcare system in Richmond, VA. The role involves outpatient clinics, limited inpatient procedures, and collaboration with NICUs within a multi-physician practice. Candidates must have completed fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine and hold relevant certifications and licensure for Virginia.

We are searching for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician, open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
Job Responsibilities:- Work within an outpatient practice setting.
- Provide coverage for a new position.
- Conduct outpatient clinics, consults, and a limited range of inpatient procedures at two hospitals.
- Join a team of more than 2 physicians in an MFM consult-only practice.
- Oversee two outpatient clinic locations supported by Nurse Practitioners.
- Perform minimal procedures such as cerclages and in-office Amniocentesis.
- Engage with Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs, covered by Pediatrix-affiliated neonatologists and NNPs.
- Utilize Viewpoint and EPIC systems for patient management.
- Relocate to the local area for permanent position commitment.
- Not open to long-distance commuting or locum tenens candidates.
- Board Certified in OB/GYN.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Fellowship-trained in MFM (to be completed prior to start).
- VA medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice and license history.
- Minimum of 1 year of MFM work experience preferred.
- Board Certification in OB/GYN.
- Fellowship completion in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- VA medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start).
