Medicus is collaborating with a hospital 30 minutes from Dallas, Texas, with an opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts
• Shifts available at multiple hospitals
• Level II and Level III NICUs
• Daily Volume: 4-20 neonates and 4-18 newborns, depending on site
• Duties: Rounding and managing NICU infants, attending high-risk deliveries, and rounding on newborns
• Required Procedures: Neonatal intubations, umbilical line placements, needle chest thoracentesis, neonatal delivery attendance, and resuscitation
• Support Staff: Nurses, RTs, therapists, pediatric NPs, neonatologists
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
