- Call & Requirements: 7:30 - 3:30p; call available but not required
- Supervision vs Independent: 100% Independent
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
- Certifications required: Board Certification
- Number of Operating Rooms: 8
- License Required or accepting IMLC: Active Indiana License
