· Number of Beds - 44
· Number of Staff – 46
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 charge out of staffing, RN’s and LPNs and tech and 1 secretary
o Night Shift - 1 charge with patients rn’s LPNs and techs
· Patient Ratios – 5-6:1 tech ratios 10-15:1
· Type of equipment – Hoyer lifts, ivs, pegs, trachs, PD and wound care
· EMR - yes
