Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with a team of 8 physicians and additional support staff
• Manage and treat a diverse range of medical conditions

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Active Connecticut medical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
