LPN/LVN private-duty nurse for teenager with trach/vent in Fort Myers, FL. Shifts: Schedule 1 Sat 8am–8pm & Sun 1pm–8pm OR Schedule 2 Thu & Sat 8pm–8am. Location: patient home. Employment: flexible PT/FT/PRN, ongoing role with benefits eligibility. - Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in practicing state (compact transfers within 90 days) - Current CPR with hands-on component - TB test within 12 months - Reliable transportation - Prefer ≥6 months hands-on nursing experience (preferred, not required)

Qualifications

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
    • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Must have reliable transportation
