Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician for a full-time, outpatient-focused role within a large, collaborative academic health system offering flexible scheduling, strong APC and hospitalist support, teaching opportunities, and optional research/community involvement. Responsibilities include well-child visits, preventive and acute/chronic pediatric care, shared after-hours call (~1:6), and occasional inpatient/newborn coverage; clinical faculty appointment eligibility is available. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary (~$307,302), uncapped incentives, sign-on bonus, benefits, relocation assistance, and CME support.

We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a large, collaborative, multi-specialty physician group within a progressive academic health system. This opportunity offers a primarily outpatient pediatric practice, strong APC and hospitalist support, teaching opportunities, and optional involvement in research and community-based programs.
What You ll DoProvide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting, including:
Deliver well-child visits, preventive care, and routine pediatric primary care
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Maintain a primarily outpatient schedule with weekday office hours
Participate in a shared after-hours call rotation (approximately 1:6), providing backup support for advanced practice clinicians
Collaborate with APCs who provide 24/7 inpatient and birthing center coverage
Support inpatient and newborn services on evenings and weekends as needed
Teach medical students with eligibility for a clinical faculty appointment
Flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour workweek models
Strong APC and hospitalist support covering inpatient pediatrics and newborn services
