Patient ratio: 1:6 (surge plan 1:7 max)

Scope of Role:
Responsible for general medical administration, patient care, post-operative monitoring, and remote telemetry oversight in collaboration with the monitor tech. Provides safe, patient-centered care and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
