We are a well-established, multi-site FQHC in Connecticut looking to add a full-time Family Medicine physician to our growing team. If you are passionate about providing quality care to patients of all ages, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care
• Participate in very light phone call rotation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Passion for serving diverse patient populations
