Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- 2 years Peds acute care experience- must be comfortable with high flow oxygen, spinal fusion, chest tubes
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Will not put new travelers- first contract- on day shift, they must be willing to do night shift.
- Candidates with multiple years’ experience in traveling are first to be considered.
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- NGTs, Foleys, TP Tubes, PIVs, phlebotomy (we do have an accuvein in the dept)
- Rare- but can occur occasionally- LP’s.
