Cafe General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 annually.

Cafe General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing single-store unit operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage hospitality teams.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment.
- Excellent decision-making and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
Cafe General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and react accordingly.
Cafe General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and compliance with the Inventory Management System.
- Ensure product quality and execute recipes accurately and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the cafe.
- Develop relationships with local businesses to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and foster community.
