Locums Pediatric Hospitalist MS July 21 Start Flexible Schedule

Well-supported regional hospital with strong NICU and OB teams.

Details:

• Position: Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Leave Coverage
• Start Date: July 21, July 29,
• Schedule: Alternating every other week coverage after initial dates
• Facility: 361-bed hospital; Level IV Trauma Center
• Location: Mississippi
• EMR: Athena/Cerner
• Call Details:
• Call-only coverage (beeper)
• 2 3 consults per call shift
  
• Responsibilities:
• Pediatric inpatient care
• Level II NICU/Nursery coverage
• Attend moderate to high-risk deliveries (32 weeks and up)
• Attend all C-sections
• Provide ER consults
• Support:
• No PICU at facility
• Respiratory Therapy staff available 24/7 and respond to RRT
• Requirements:
• MS or IMLC medical license
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Pediatrics
