- Our community health center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team.

- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, while having opportunities to engage in teaching, quality improvement, and system-wide initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-focused environment.
- Collaborate with specialists, hospitalists, and allied health professionals across the medical system to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedures as aligned with interests and hospital needs (optional).
- Contribute to hospital and system-wide quality, safety, and population health initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor for medical students and residents rotating through the community hospital.
- Document care in the systems integrated electronic medical record.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Dedication to patient-centered, equitable care in a diverse community setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
