Primary Care - Central California

• Non-profit, community-based health center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team
• Base salary: $285,000 - $413,000 plus significant additional earning potential
• Full time position with alternative scheduling options available
• Outpatient only - full-scope primary care
• Average patient volume: 20-26 per shift, depending on length of shift
• Scheduling guidelines in place to ensure providers do not have back to back complex visits
• EMR: eCW
• Primarily Spanish speaking patient population - Ability to speak Spanish encouraged
• Provide primary care services including pediatric, adult, women's care, and office-based procedures
