Opportunity Highlights
Schedule : Monday Friday workweek; 4 days administrative and 1 day clinical
Job Setting : Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Practice Scope : Strategic clinical leadership across Internal Medicine and Family Medicine departments
Responsibilities : Includes policy development, staff supervision, recruitment, PCMH implementation, and EMR utilization
Location : Phoenix, Arizona
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
Minimum two years of management experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare agency
Master s degree in public health administration or related field (preferred)
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license
Valid DEA registration
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
