Gastroenterologist with ERCP skills needed for beautiful Hudson Valley community practice affiliated with a hospital. Job Function:
- Hospital partners with local GIs in the community currently and with a pending retirement want to hire someone in house to do heavy ERCP work.
- Expect program to be approx 1 day a week in the office and the remaining four days in the hospital doing procedures or consults.
- Large panel of advanced endoscopy and ERCP patients for incoming physician.
- Hospital has partnership with NYC-based academic hospital and IM residents so involvement exists for collaboration.
- Strong referral network and patient-centered medical home with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network.
Job Requirements:
- NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred), but not required.
- Training in Gastroenterology or Gastroenterology-Advanced Endoscopy.
- New graduates completing training in the next 12 months encouraged to apply.
