A locum Vascular Surgeon is needed to provide weekend and night call coverage at a Level I Trauma Center hospital. The role involves performing complex vascular surgery procedures including aneurysm repairs, carotid artery stenting, bypass surgeries, and endovascular therapies. Candidates must be board certified, have an active Ohio medical license, DEA registration, and relevant certifications for immediate coverage.
Seeking a locum Vascular Surgeon to provide weekend call coverage in a hospital-based, high-acuity setting. Coverage is needed as soon as possible, with specific dates to be determined, to support existing weekend coverage needs.

Adult and geriatric patient population
Epic EMR
Annual ER volume: 250,000
Two operating rooms
Full ancillary staff support
Hemodialysis access services available
Vascular Surgery Procedures:
Aneurysm repairs (thoracic, abdominal, peripheral)
Vascular access devices
AV shunts
Endovascular & Open Procedures:
Carotid artery stenting
Bypass surgery, including aortofemoral bypass
Peripheral and central stenting
Endovascular and open reconstruction for deep vein occlusions
Additional Treatments:
Lymphedema management
Endovascular therapy for peripheral artery disease and limb gangrene
Board Certified in Vascular Surgery (FACS required)
Active Ohio medical license (no exceptions)
DEA registration
BLS and ACLS certification
Availability for weekend coverage as needed
