Job Title: Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) Contract
Location: Lawton, OK
Job Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $72 $75 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 6-month full-time contract position in Lawton, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience in women s health and be confident in managing a wide range of gynecologic and reproductive care needs. Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) with strong women s health experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive women s health services including wellness exams, contraceptive counseling, and reproductive care
- Conduct gynecological exams, Pap smears, and breast exams
- Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care as applicable
- Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and health maintenance
- Document all care provided in an EMR system in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma (Required)
- Board-certified WHNP or FNP with relevant women s health experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in women s health preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical team setting
