Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a TN or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a hospital Med/Surg unit
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius
- Requested time off (RTO) must be less than 1 week
- Travelers will not be considered if they have previously worked at the facility as permanent staff within two years
- No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted
- Assignment involves providing comprehensive care and coordination for a diverse adult Med/Surg patient population
Requirements
- Active TN or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience required
- Certifications must be valid and not expire within 30 days of assignment start
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Candidates who have worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are ineligible
