Packaging Technician II (Mechanical / Auto Tech Background) – Up to $21.50/hr | Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Fall River, MA
Shift Options & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM — $18.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM — $18.50/hr + $2/hr shift differential
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM — $21.50/hr
Auto Mechanics, Diesel Techs, and Hands-On Troubleshooters Encouraged to Apply
If you’ve worked on engines, diagnosed mechanical issues, or handled repairs, this role uses those same skills — just in a production environment.
This is a machine-focused position where you’ll be responsible for keeping automated packaging equipment running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting packaging line machinery
- Fixing jams and minimizing downtime
- Adjusting and maintaining automated equipment
- Performing basic mechanical repairs
- Supporting preventative maintenance efforts
- Monitoring equipment and identifying issues early
This Role Is a Strong Fit For:
- Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians

- Maintenance Technicians / Helpers
- Machine Operators with troubleshooting experience
- Mechanically inclined candidates with hands-on repair experience
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum 1 year of machine operating or mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (30–35°F) for full shifts
- Ability to stand for 10+ hours
- Must speak English
- Steel toe shoes required
- No food allergies (including anyone in your household due to facility requirements)
