She Recruits is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a post-acute care practice in the Gallup area. This role is designed for a clinician who values both patient-centered care and a healthy work-life balance.

Flexible scheduling options: full-time (3.5 5 days/week) or part-time (1 3 days/week)
Post-acute inpatient care setting
On-call rotation during the day (M F only)

What You ll Do:
Provide comprehensive internal medicine and primary care services
Manage both acute and chronic conditions with a personalized approach
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team and physician partners
What We re Looking For:
FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome
Active New Mexico license required
DEA preferred (not required)
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive fee-for-service model with uncapped earning potential
Expected annual range: $100,000 $120,00+ (productivity can push well beyond this)
$10,000 sign-on bonus at start
$10,000 retention bonus after 2 years
