Duration: Ongoing thru 2026
Schedule: Full Time (Will consider 2-4 weeks per month)
Shift: Monday in our Grants Pass office 8:30-4:30. Tuesday- Fri Medford office 8:20-5:00
Call: Weeknight and weekend 24-hour call, one week per month.
Patient volume: 16-18 non-Botox day. Botox days, up to 25 patients.
Scope: General outpatient Neurology.Administering Botox treatments for migraines, dystonia, and sialorrhea. Managing patients with Neuromuscular conditions
EMR: Epic
Group/support: 4 physicians, 4 APP s, RN s, MA s, and support staff.
Requirements (boards, license): BC/BE; clean malpractice background a must.
