Job Description

• 214 hospital beds
• 7 on / 7 off block schedule; 12-hour shifts
• ADE is 19-20/day
• No more than 3 admissions/day
• Open ICU-Hospitalists admit to ICU, but do not continue care for
  patients in ICU
• No procedures required, intensivists onsite
• EMR: Meditech but will be switching over to EPIC 1-2 years
• Staffing Model:
  • Day: 7 Physicians (7a-7p)
  • TeleHealth as a backup during any surge
  • Night: 1 Physician & 1 NPPA (7p-7a)
