One of our Partner in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Cognitive & Behavioral Neurologist to provide part-time outpatient locum coverage while the facility recruits a permanent provider.
The neurologist will work collaboratively with two physicians directly and approximately 30 physicians indirectly within the department, providing specialized care in memory, cognitive function, and behavioral neurology. There are no procedures required, and the role is fully outpatient with a flexible weekly schedule.

Travel: Prepaid travel, lodging, and ground transportation
Malpractice: Occurrence coverage provided
Pay Ranking: Top 5% of current market for Cognitive/Behavioral Neurologists (2025 data)
Board Certified in Neurology (ABPN)
Completed Cognitive and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship (required)
Active New Jersey medical license. Will consider unlicensed.
DEA and CDS licenses (required)
Experience managing cognitive, behavioral, and neurodegenerative conditions (e.g., Alzheimer's, dementia, frontotemporal disorders)
Strong patient communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Conduct outpatient evaluations for cognitive and behavioral neurological disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans and ongoing patient management
Collaborate with internal neurology, psychiatry, and neuropsychology teams
Contribute to multidisciplinary conferences as needed
Maintain documentation in Epic EMR in accordance with hospital policy
Support the department's mission while providing coverage during recruitment
