Job Details:
• Work rotating schedule with 4 ten-hour shifts followed by 3 ten-hour shifts
• Alternating 40-hour and 30-hour work weeks totaling 70 hours per pay period
• Day/Evening shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Call responsibilities included
• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience required
• Washington State or Compact RN licensure required
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using nursing process
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and complete nursing procedures and treatments
• Evaluate discharge plans and provide patient education
• Document care provided, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Complete holistic ongoing patient assessments
• Teach patients, families, and significant others appropriate health information
• Delegate and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Maintain clean and safe environment according to hospital policies
• Function within Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines and unit standards
