The Registered Nurse - PACU position involves providing critical post-anesthesia care in a newly established medical facility, contributing to patient-centered care and team culture development. Candidates are required to have an RN license in North Carolina, at least three years of critical care experience, and certifications such as ACLS and PALS. The role includes responsibilities such as patient care, education, compliance with healthcare standards, and leadership within the PACU department.

- Location: 109 Scotts Hill Medical Drive Wilmington, North Carolina 28411
- Schedule: Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12 Days Shift, 7a-7p.

- Onboarding: Comprehensive orientation and training program designed to set new team members up for success, with ongoing support from experienced preceptors and leadership.
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting, required. Prior ASC or OP suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed as an RN in North Carolina, required. ACLS and PALS certification, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required): Strong background in patient centric care; Experience with facilitating education and training; Must have the ability to complete assignments required for Medicare, TJC/AAAHC and other required organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, Excel and Outlook. Experience in leadership roles; Strong ethical and moral character references; Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication. Accuracy and attention to detail without compromise of patient care.
