What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute timely repairs
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding industrial environment
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes
- Strong background in metal fabrication, cutting, torching, welding
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience with conveyor system repairs
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
