Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | DuBois, PA
MedAdventures is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join a home health team in DuBois, Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll provide in-home care to patients, helping them improve mobility, strength, and independence while collaborating with nurses and other rehab professionals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality PT care in patients’ homes

Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania PT license
