Coordinator - Medication Safety and Quality

Lead a medication safety program at a large healthcare system committed to team-based, patient-centered care. Coordinator, Medication Safety & Quality; full-time, onsite in hospital pharmacy; permanent role supporting system-wide safety initiatives and clinical practice. - PGY2 residency or PGY1+2 years as clinical pharmacist in hospital pharmacy OR board certification + 2 years as clinical specialist - Strong communication, critical thinking, decisive judgment - Ability to work under stress with minimal supervision

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Entails collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Required Work Experience: PGY2 residency or PGY1 residency/fellowship plus two (2) years as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital pharmacy setting. Alternatively, board certified in applicable field plus two (2) years as a clinical specialist.
