An independent community health system in Central New York is seeking a BE/BC General Orthopedic Surgeon to replace the current Physician. This full-spectrum opportunity offers a general orthopedics role with a strong focus in total joints, particularly hip procedures with a full OR block schedule, strong referral network, and minimal trauma. Earning potential $1 million a year as demonstrated by departing Surgeon. Advanced surgical technology, including modern instrumentation and a collaborative OR team. Base salary for every year: $700,000 with generous WRVU production ($75 per WRVU above 9,525 threshold). $10,000 quality bonus each year. Supervision stipend: $1,000/month for APPs. Call: 1:8 consult-only; additional call paid. 20 PTO days + 6 holidays. 4 ORs onsite with surgical cases done in hospital.
