Job Description:
Seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract to provide care and rehabilitation services across acute, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. The role requires neuro experience including stroke rehab, SCI, and BI.
Responsibilities:
- Follow schedule provided and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrate ability to meet productivity standard
Requirements:
- Neuro background including stroke rehab, SCI, and BI
- Experience in acute, IPR, and OP settings
- Understanding of IPR post-acute guidelines and utilization of CARE tool assessment
- Ability to transition between multiple programs on any given day
