Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to support a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to support a secure environment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to site protocols.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearm in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
