Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible FM or IM trained physician to join the hospitalist team in NW Iowa.
- Market area 30,000 population
- Census is typically patients and is managed by a physician and an APP.
- 49 acute care beds
- 99 bed facility, community-owned
- 15 behavioral health bed unit
- Transitioning to EPIC EMR
- Open ICU, no required procedures
- Rotating schedule of 7 days on, 7 off.
- Shift starts on Monday at 7am and ends the following Monday at 7am.
- Two call shifts 7pm to 7am required during the week that the hospitalist is scheduled, with one occurring during the week and one on the weekend.
