TeamHealth is seeking an experienced and compassionate psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our post-acute behavioral health team caring for residents across five skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Overland Park, Kansas, area. What You'll Do- Deliver high-quality psychiatric care and medication management to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Collaborate with facility teams to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide follow-up and continuity of care that enhances mental wellness and quality of life
What You'll Need- Active PMHNP license in Kansas with the ability to practice and bill independently
- DEA license in Kansas
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills
- A passion for improving the mental health and well-being of older adults
