Ongoing as-needed LOA; schedule 7am–7pm, no call; covers 24-bed unit (~17 patients/day). - Board Certified or Eligible (BC/BE) in PM&R
- 1–2 years PM&R experience with inpatient rehab exposure
- Must have evaluated ≥100 patients in past 24 months
- State medical license preferred; credentialing 30–60 days
